Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
"Portal" refers to the BRIDGE Portal electronic platform. "User" refers to any authorized representative of a Higher Education Institution (HEI) or individual accessing the Portal. "BRIDGE" refers to the governing body overseeing the platform.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and submission processes. Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Submission Guidelines
All initiatives, projects, and data submitted to the Portal must be authentic and directly related to the Sustainable Development Goals. Submissions must not contain any prohibited, offensive, or infringing content.
4. Intellectual Property
While the HEI retains ownership of its specific project data, the BRIDGE reserves the right to use, aggregate, and publish anonymized data for reporting and analytical purposes. The Portal's interface, design, and software are the exclusive property of the BRIDGE.
5. Limitation of Liability
The BRIDGE shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Portal, or from any data inaccuracies provided by Users.
6. Data Accuracy
Users acknowledge that the accuracy of the reports generated by the Portal is dependent on the quality of the data they provide. The BRIDGE does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of institutional rankings or assessments.
7. Termination
The BRIDGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal for any User who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in activities that compromise the integrity of the system.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
